  9. known issues:
    • Internet Explorer uses up to 100% CPU, which might turn on your vents
    • Internet Explorer 7 might not work at all, it is really only for testing
    • 1 of 4 tries downloads a corrupt "ActiveX MFC42" (maybe defective mirror?)
    • there are some issues with creating wineprefix (might be X11 related)
    • if You have symbols instead of letters, you lack the Microsoft Corefonts. Get them with TRiX

↓ download - testing your websites on Internet Explorer™ has never been so easy.

it's as simple as doubleclicking the installer. ies4osx will download all the necessary files and install them in a convenient app package named "Internet Explorer 6.0" in your Applications folder.

Install Adobe Flash (move the browser-window to see the confirmation-window)
Install Sun Java (Select "Online" and hit "Open" in the next dialog)
Install Mediaplayer 6.4 (Select "Open" in the Dialog)

You can have several versions of IE installed side by side... try that on a PC ;).
Once You're done with IE, drag it to the trash, and it's gone.

ies4osx makes use of wine to install and run IE.
And wine needs a Intel processor, sorry.
